Key Responsibilities:
In your role as Senior Account Executive, you will:
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the UK wine supplier sector, fostering trust and exceeding expectations.
* Travel regularly throughout the UK to attend key industry events, conferences, and/or trade shows, representing Bermar with confidence and professionalism.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving strategic growth within the team and overall business.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
* Lead and oversee various activities within the team, setting clear goals that contribute to the overall success of the department.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client service and project execution.
* Provide insightful market analysis and competitor research to support informed decision-making.
Skills required:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, experience in the wine and/or hospitality industry is a bonus.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong, long-term client relationships.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently represent the company at industry events.
4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
5. Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
6. Strong leadership and coaching skills.
7. Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement successful sales plans.
