This team manages the transition of services into the live service environment while minimizing disruption and continuously improving existing services.What youdoThe IT Service Design and Transition Intern will:Work closely with SD&T team members across the globe to understand our process and purpose, gaining exposure to IT projects across all AZ Business UnitsYou will also interact with IT project Managers, Business Analysts, Service Managers and architects gaining insight into how IT works in AstraZenecaUnderstand and Support key service processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, KnowledgeData Analysis Activity : Compile data from relevant stakeholders, systems, and platforms to develop insights on team performance and opportunities for improvement, using ServiceNow and PowerBI tools.Continue to develop the SD&T Playbook, an interactive reference tool developed in MS PowerAppsKnowledge & Repository Management: Organize and catalogue best practices, templates, and resources. Ensure content is up-to-date and easily accessible to team members.
