Attacat are looking
for an experienced Inbound Marketing Manager with extensive experience of managing inbound campaigns (ideally with HubSpot).
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving clients’ inbound marketing whilst also nurturing and coaching clients and less experienced Attacat team members to become increasingly aligned with the inbound approach, which can be summarized as follows:
Attracting the right people (customers) with valuable content, conversations, and experiences that position businesses as trusted advisors with whom they want to engage.
Presenting insights and solutions that align with their business pain points and goals, making them more likely to engage and inquire/buy, while delighting in providing help and support to the end customer so they find it easy to succeed with their enquiry/purchase.
Strategy and delivery
1. Content Management - You will be familiar with how to complete a gap analysis, which allows you to create and publish content and develop experiences that provide value to the client. (These could be how-to guides, tools, information about products, customer solutions to problems)
2. You will be grounded in good old-fashioned SEO strategy (onsite and offsite) and comfortable ensuring that your content strategies and recommendations align with SEO best practices. You’ll continually track, monitor, and optimize on- and off-page SEO opportunities.
3. Create, run, and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
4. You will be familiar with conversational strategies that assist, support, and request feedback from customers.
5. You will understand the customer journey and employ tactics at various stages from awareness to advocacy.
6. You will be familiar with HubSpot (or similar tools) and comfortable structuring retainers around their use, maximizing their functionality.
7. You will understand and interrogate data to provide insight and clarity to clients.
Client and team communications
1. Collaborate with internal specialist teams, e.g., when incorporating specific PPC and social tactics.
2. You’ll understand the importance of building long-term client relationships rather than transactional interactions.
3. You will know how to work with sales teams to measure the effectiveness of inbound marketing activities, leading to more customers.
Training and development
1. Keep pace with SEO, search trends, and developments.
2. Ensure all inbound marketing processes are developed in line with the SOP and documented within HS.
Growth
1. Ensure all accounts have growth metrics that are regularly updated, tracked, and reported.
2. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities regularly.
Requirements
1. You will have experience managing a wide range of marketing campaigns, with a hands-on approach both on-site and off-site.
2. Results-driven, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to go the extra mile.
3. Experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, and SEO tools.
4. Proven track record of demonstrating ROI through marketing activities.
5. You must be comfortable with the commercial aspects of marketing.
