Project Manager – Sewage Water Treatment Works (Long-Term Contract) We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a long-term sewage water treatment works project in the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take charge of a critical infrastructure project in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: Produce and update Work Package Plans (WPPs) and Task Briefings. Develop and resource 6-week look-ahead programs to ensure efficient project planning. Manage the delivery of materials, plant, and other resources in line with program requirements. Administer NEC contracts, including issuing Early Warning Notices (EWNs) and Technical Queries (TQs). Collaborate with the Planner to ensure Clause 32 programs are submitted on time. Coordinate all Temporary Works (TW) activities to meet safety and compliance standards. Ensure all Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) are implemented, monitored, and recorded. Uphold and manage all aspects of Health & Safety (H&S) on site, fostering a safe working environment. Issue daily labor and resource allocations to the commercial team. Provide weekly progress reports to the client and directors. Present monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) to stakeholders. Essential Requirements: Black CSCS Card – demonstrating senior-level construction site management experience. Appointed Person (AP) ticket – desirable for lifting operations management. Experience in managing Temporary Works and ensuring compliance with standards. Proven ability to lead teams, meet deadlines, and deliver within budget. Strong knowledge of NEC contract management and construction planning
