Description Join the Emerging Talent (ET) team that provides JPMorganChase (JPMC) with junior talent in complement with our campus and experienced hiring strategies. Our programming is global and spans around 40 programs that run annually (such as the UK Apprenticeship). As a Senior Associate in the Emerging Talent team, you will continue the success of our apprenticeship programming in Bournemouth alongside other ET Bournemouth programming and ET projects. You will manage the Bournemouth apprenticeship programming to deliver exceptional experience for both apprentices and managers. The UK Apprenticeship is a flagship ET program that hires over 150 apprentices per year into various tracks and locations in the UK Job responsibilities Manage effectively both internal relationships at JPMC and external relationships at academic institution Prepare and deliver updates for senior stakeholders including Line of Business (LOB) and Human Resources (HR) leaders Develop and deliver programming and enrichment activities for both apprentices and managers Host regular check-in meetings with managers and key academic institution contacts Support the development of key resources (e.g. toolkits, process documentation) for managers, apprentices, and LOB coordinators Partner with Learning organization on orientation logistics for new ET participants Process and track invoices and ensure timely execution and payment Maintain master files providing periodic reporting and metrics tracking for ET participants Partner with ET recruiting team to execute sourcing and hiring strategy; providing support throughout their four-year journey and working to smoothly convert final year apprentices into full-time roles Deliver work experience/summer school programming by leading the local schools strategy. Deliver T-Level programming in partnership with local schools Work on projects across the UK and EMEA ET space to foster consistency in our programme delivery Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Proven experience in talent development and program management Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Passionate about developing young talent and building innovative strategies Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience working with educational institutions and government bodies (especially in the Dorset area) Familiarity with social mobility initiatives and diversity metrics Background in HR or related fields
