This role offers the chance to work on large-scale development projects, manage the preparation and submission of planning applications, handle appeals across various development types, and contribute to local plan representations.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. A qualified Town Planner with 3-5 years of professional experience in either the private or public sector.
2. Chartered membership of the RTPI is ideal, but we also welcome candidates still working towards accreditation, with full support and sponsorship provided.
3. A full driving license is essential.
