Tenancy Management Support Officer - Office based - Oxfordshire - 6 months
A client of mine has reached out as they are on the hunt for a Tenancy Management Support Officer to join their team on an interim basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Taking on phone duty when being in the office.
2. Monitoring the duty inbox and allocating work.
3. Visiting garages within the area and working through an estimated 500 keys (fuel and mileage will be expensed from the office location).
Requirements:
1. Administration skills from a previous role or assignment.
2. Extensive experience in working with databases and processing information.
3. IT skills and ability to stay organized while managing a lot of admin.
4. Must hold a full in-date driving license and own a vehicle.
