We are looking for a Salaried General Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Droitwich, Ombersley & the Rurals PCN (DOR PCN). This is an exciting opportunity for newly qualified GPs who have completed their Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) since August 2023 and are looking to make a meaningful impact in primary care.
Main duties of the job
As a Salaried GP, you will provide general medical services to patients within the PCN, including consultations, home visits, and care home support. You'll also contribute to clinical audits, mentoring, and practice improvements. This role offers flexibility, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Person Specification
Experience
* Ability to manage a range of clinical situations and patient needs.
* Previous experience working in a primary care or general practice setting.
* Familiarity with IT systems used in general practice, such as EMIS Web.
* Involvement in clinical audits, quality improvement projects, or service development initiatives.
Skills and Knowledge
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for patient and team interactions.
* Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while recognising the importance of teamwork.
* Organisational skills to manage a diverse workload efficiently, including time-sensitive tasks.
* Knowledge of NHS primary care systems, policies, and procedures.
* Awareness of QOF, clinical governance, and safeguarding processes.
Qualifications
* Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) since August 2023.
* Full GMC registration with a licence to practice.
* Eligibility to work under the GP Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).
* Membership of a recognised medical defence organisation.
