You will drive accountability for delivery through regular performance reviews and project status reviews and manage and mitigate risks to delivery. You’ll identify, explore, mature and form recommendations and share best practice within the project team to continually develop/improve project documentation. As a team, we will be delivering a large-scale transformation both organizationally and culturally to help us realize our strategic ambitions. You will work across a board group of stakeholders at all levels to deliver projects in the right quality, at the right time and budget. You’ll play an important role in: planning and managing the delivery of projects within an area of professional expertise, using an appropriate project management methodology to ensure that intended outcomes are achieved. managing identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating these where appropriate planning and leading the delivery of a range of information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation activities and specify, negotiate, and agree on project deliverables analysing complex business problems or opportunities and provide high quality decision recommendations to Operations developing project specific KPIS and delivery Benefits that can be monitored throughout the project.
