We are looking for two dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Managers to cover Central and Southern England. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for building strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing and growing relationships within our distribution network, including electrical distributors, plumbing & heating suppliers, and builders’ merchants.
* Developing new business by engaging with contractors, installers, and specifiers to expand our market reach.
* Identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive brand awareness across your region.
* Working independently while collaborating with internal teams to achieve company goals.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven sales experience within the industry, preferably in fire safety, electrical, or construction-related markets.
* A self-motivated, results-focused professional with a passion for sales and business development.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with key stakeholders.
* The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven success culture.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your designated region.
