Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Revenue Share Operations Assistant to join our Nestlé Coffee Partners team within the Nestlé Professional business. You will contribute to Nestlé Coffee Partners success by supporting the Nescafé Beverage Revenue Share Proposition with our Business Partners. You’ll oversee and analyse the growth of new and existing business, support setup and monitor our automation system to minimise disruptions for our customers.
A day in the life of an Operations Assistant …
Reporting to the Trade Asset Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the setup for all new Revenue Share Business Partners and Locations, including updating existing business partners data and details on record.
2. Maintaining and updating Customer Data inside Dynamic 365. Monitor data is flowing through from all external partner providers into Dynamic 365 & SAP. Liaise with any other internal and external stakeholders that support or impact on delivery performance.
3. Supporting operational support on stock holdings at each location. Dealing with customers and Account Manager queries and taking necessary action to rectify performance and discrepancies.
4. Supporting with the Weekly and Monthly reporting of cup throughput. Providing Internal stakeholders overview of actual vs. target & profitability of customer.
5. Proactively Monitoring Vendon, Payter, & active use of Power BI, Liaising with Mulmar service partners, Internal Coffee trainers & external customers to ensure operational excellence is being provided. Day to day ongoing management of machine base, liaising with all service providers.
6. Engage with regional contacts/customers/third parties as required to support brand and/or commercial objectives.
7. Day to Day support of revenue share model machines, sites, customers.
What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role, you’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both orally and written) with a close attention to detail and have previous experience in a sales support or operations role. You’ll be results-orientated and have a proven track record for consistently exceeding business objectives.
You’ll also have:
1. Good problem-solving (routine nature) and analytical skills.
2. Ability to prioritise and respect deadlines.
3. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft packages.
4. Problem-solving & planning skills and able to work under pressure to manage a fluctuating workload.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
6. Ability to deal with ambiguity and to work alone as well as part of a team.
