As a trainee you will work closely with a training supervisor to learn, develop and complete a training diary demonstrating the SRA Practice Skills Standards. You will complete work independently, assist others and observe experienced lawyers. You will also do seats around the business in different areas of law. By the end of the 24 months training, and subject to passing a character and suitability assessment, you will become a qualified solicitor.
