An exciting opportunity to join a growing Food Manufacturer as a Graduate Customer Service & Sales Executive.
The role covers a maternity leave position with the potential to learn the business and move into another role within 12 months.
The position offers personal development and is a cross-functional office role supporting sales office functions and managing sales orders for UK trade and wholesale customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring smooth product delivery and monitoring UK wholesaler & direct to trade payments.
* Providing a dedicated admin resource to enable the sales office to function more effectively.
* Dealing with customer enquiries.
* Entering orders onto the NAV / CRM system.
* Focusing on supporting the UK wholesale and trade customer base.
* Providing national accounts administrative support, including presentations and day-to-day activities.
* Conducting telesales, including upselling.
* Making cold calls to new potential business.
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer service sales role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
* Good IT skills, including Office 365, PowerPoint, and NAV.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach.
* Ability to provide solutions to customer/consumer enquiries.
