As a property Asset Specialist, you'll manage and coordinate the Society's Property Asset Management activities with oversight for all estate related transactions reporting directly to the Propety and Business Services Manager. You will: Have full supplier management responsibility for all relationships critical to the day to day running of the property estate. Act as the main contact for all tenant and landlord interactions ensuring the highest levels of service. Contribute to the development of annual PAM budgets, assuming overall oversight of the invoicing, journaling and reconciliation of rent, service charge, rates and insurance payments ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained Provide SME input to the coordination of all property transactions across the freehold and leasehold estate including rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, and disposals. Proactively manage the Societies utilities contracts taking responsibility for the retendering of electricity, gas & water whilst maintaining accurate and detailed MI that feeds into the Society's ARA's, Environmental Reporting Requirements and CSR agenda. Support the Project Team with requisitions and invoice management through the Society's source to pay system Work with colleagues from the Project and FM teams to address complex property related issues. To maintain required standards of the Conduct Rules at all times in accordance with prevailing regulatory requirements. To maintain full awareness of and conformance to the Risk Management Framework including but not limited to the Information Security and Data Governance supporting frameworks. To create an open and inclusive culture, with highly engaged colleagues, delivering required performance management, development and communication actions. Some limited travel may be required. What you'll bring to the role: SME on all aspects of Property Asset Management Relevant experience in a similar role Excellent ICT skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
