Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensuring Operational Stability - By proactively managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and resolving service requests, this role minimizes disruptions to business operations.
* Enhancing Service Delivery - By optimizing performance, implementing automation, and improving service management processes, the role drives efficiency across the organization.
* Enabling Business Growth - By supporting seamless system integrations, managing platform enhancements, and collaborating with key stakeholders, this role enables OCU to scale confidently.
* Strengthening Security & Compliance - By ensuring adherence to industry security standards (ISO 27001 & 22301), applying system patches, and working on disaster recovery planning, the role protects OCU's IT infrastructure.
* Improving Stakeholder Engagement - Through documentation, training, and coordination with vendors and internal teams, this role fosters a culture of knowledge sharing and user empowerment.
Skills and Experience
• Experience in IT Support, Service Delivery, or Platform Support, preferably within a large business environment.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, HCM) applications.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, FreshService) for incident and problem management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing platform changes, bugs, and requirements.
• Experience working with internal teams and third-party vendors for support escalation and resolution.
• Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) best practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
