About the Role
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for marketing? A well-established hotel brand is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join its friendly and expanding team. This role offers the chance to get involved in diverse, end-to-end marketing activities across multiple communication channels.
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the business as it undergoes a transformation, including the refurbishment and relaunch of its flagship property as a lifestyle hotel. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, this role is ideal for someone ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, plan, and execute the communication strategy for the relaunch of a flagship hotel.
* Collaborate with the General Manager of a leased property, supporting marketing efforts with their external agency.
* Build brand awareness for the business and its portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
* Recruit and manage a PR agency, focusing on awareness-driving activities.
* Support initiatives to enhance guest experiences across all hotels.
* Partner with the internal Brand Team and external digital marketing agency to create compelling content and optimise campaigns.
* Produce actionable monthly reports to improve marketing performance.
Experience & Skills
You’ll need to have:
* Experience in hotel openings, ideally in London.
* A track record of success in marketing planning, email campaigns, website management, and paid marketing channels.
* Hospitality experience, preferably in a multi-site or on-property setting.
* Knowledge of GA4 for data-driven decision-making.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and media relations skills.
