Salary: £31,990.40 - £47,028.80 pa (£15.38 - £22.61 P/hr)
Newly Qualified Social Worker: £31,990.40 - £36,004.80 pa (£15.38 -£17.31P/hr)
Social Worker: £38,001.60 - £42,244.80 pa (£18.27 - £20.31 P/hr)
Senior Social Worker: £43,555.20 - £47,028.80 (£20.94 - £22.61 P/hr) Based on an average 40 hours per week

The Role
* Conduct high-quality and child-centred assessments
* Supporting families experiencing a range of complex difficulties
* Write comprehensive and evidence-based reports
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources
* Support children and their families to achieve positive outcomes
* Having a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults
Our Ideal Candidate will:
* Be a qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England
* Either have or willing to complete the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme
* Have a genuine desire to improve lives and promote self-esteem
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and empathy
* Be resilient and able to stay calm under pressure
* Knowledgeable about relevant legislation and social theory
* Work as part of a team - bringing energy and enthusiasm to the role
* Be willing to learn and go the extra mile
