The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals (all levels) to join our engineering, manufacturing, and technical division with a specific focus in one or more of the following industries:
1. CleanTech / GreenTech
2. AgriTech
3. Med-Tech
4. Bio-Tech
5. Life Sciences
The opportunity will also span our TalentSpark business, supporting and engaging with early-stage high growth businesses covering everything from Food & Drink, Agri-Tech, Life Sciences, Med-Tech, Bio-Tech, and Deep Tech.

You will be responsible for:
1. Developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.
2. Building and developing relationships with clients to truly understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Cross-selling by introducing colleagues to new and existing clients and candidates.
4. Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates through a range of channels, including job boards, our own CRM system, third-party databases, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
5. Conducting detailed interviews of candidates to assess suitability for roles.
6. Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial registration of candidates through to negotiation of offers and successful onboarding.
7. Achieving personal financial targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.
8. Attending events, conferences, and trade shows.

2. Experience & Skills Required:
3. Previous recruitment experience ideally in an engineering, technical, or scientific discipline.
4. Commercial acumen.
5. Evidence of first-class customer service and results-driven.
6. Demonstrable record of accomplishment in developing new and existing business.
7. Energetic with excellent networking skills.
8. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
9. Tenacious, highly competitive, and able to use own initiative.
10. Highly organized, professional, and quality-focused.
11. A good standard of education with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
12. IT competent.
