Lead a dedicated team, fostering a positive and supportive culture. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, maintaining an Ofsted-ready status. Provide high-quality care and support for children, enabling them to achieve their full potential. Manage resources, including budgets, staffing, and training, to deliver exceptional outcomes. Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and represent the home professionally. Play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the home and the wider organisation. What Were Looking For: At least two years experience at a senior level within a childrens residential home. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Strong organisational and leadership skills with a passion for delivering high standards of care. A creative, imaginative, and aspirational approach to childcare.
