Data & Insights Manager – AdTech | London
We’re looking for a Data & Insights Manager to join a fast-growing AdTech company in London. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving commercial success by providing data-driven insights that help win business and crafting post-campaign performance stories that showcase the impact of their advanced audience-targeting solutions.
What You’ll Do:
* Partner with the sales team to create pre-sales insights that help clients understand how best to target and engage their audience
* Build compelling post-campaign reports and analyses, transforming data into clear, actionable insights that showcase the success of programmatic and CTV campaigns.
* Work closely with clients, sales, and account teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that improve future campaign performance.
* Leverage first-party data, third-party audience insights, and ad performance metrics to tell a persuasive story about media effectiveness.
* Develop custom dashboards, reports, and trend analyses, providing key takeaways for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3-5+ years experience in data analytics, insights, or ad-tech measurement.
* Strong understanding of digital advertising, DSPs, programmatic media, and audience targeting.
* Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and ad-tech measurement platforms.
* A great communicator who can turn complex data into simple, client-friendly narratives.
* Strong analytical skills, with expertise in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools being a plus.
