Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 3rd Line support for a range of applications and systems, ensuring high performance and stability.
* Be the go-to in the team for all things Data (SQL, Azure, DataFactory etc)
* Contribute to digital transformation projects, focusing on product & platform integration.
* Optimise system performance and automate business processes
* Maintain databases, integrations, and ensure data security best practices
* Document processes and implement service improvements across applications.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* 4+ years in Service Desk roles, ideally with 2+ years in 2nd/3rd Line Application Support.
* Application Development and SaaS configuration.
* PowerShell, SQL, and data integrations.
* Microsoft Azure + DevOps, Azure Logic App or similar
* CyberSec fundamentals
* ServiceNow
Key Details:
* 50,000 - 60,000/year
* Hybrid Working - 1 day p/w on-site
* 2 Stage Interview process
