Chiswick Park Campus Richmond American University London is looking to appoint an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing and Communications to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will lead the University's integrated marketing, communications, and digital activities, driving brand awareness, student recruitment, and engagement with our unique dual UK-US degree offering. As Head of Marketing and Communications, you will manage a talented team across key areas, including marketing, CRM, web, content, communications, social media, and design. You will oversee developing and implementing innovative strategies to support the University's growth, enhance its reputation, and deliver a seamless student journey from enquiry to enrolment. Key responsibilities include: Leading and implementing a comprehensive Marketing and Communications strategy. Managing PR and media relations to build the University’s profile locally, nationally, and internationally. Overseeing multi-channel campaigns to drive undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment. Leading the optimisation of CRM systems, digital marketing, and the University’s website. Inspiring and managing a multi-functional team to deliver impactful results.
