Key Responsibilities
Act as the go-to expert for spare parts sales and guidance in the UK.
Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the UK Sales Manager.
Process and approve orders using Movex.
Handle customer and end-user enquiries via telephone and email.
Liaise with technical teams to resolve technical parts queries.
Provide training on the parts system to customers.
Attend industry events and develop customer relationships.
Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand UK parts sales.
