We are looking for a clinically trained manager to lead our teams of counsellors and support and guide towards organisational values and to reach their objectives, and support people to reach theirs.
Mid and North East Essex (MNEE) Mind work effectively in partnership with local commissioners to offer Person Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression via the IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) service.
We work collaboratively with the Essex based schools and provide the children and young people (CYP) with time limited integrative counselling. We have a team of sessional counsellors working within the schools, and another team of sessional counsellors working with adults both remotely and based at The Constantine Centre.
You will form part of the service management team and expected to have input towards the continuing development of the counselling service and the organisation.
We are looking for an experienced clinical person who is committed to ensuring the provision of effective, person-centred support and treatment. Our ideal candidate will be respectful and empathetic towards others whilst being able to maintain boundaries. You must demonstrate good self-awareness and be motivated to work towards quality improvement and change.
You will be collating and monitoring statistical information and working towards particular outcome measures to best support the service and those accessing it.
