More about the role
In 2023, Blue Cross launched the Veterinary Care Fund to support pet owners facing financial challenges in providing essential veterinary care. With the rising cost of living, many pet owners are finding it increasingly difficult to cover routine vet visits, let alone unexpected emergencies. In addition, you will offer essential administrative support to the Veterinary Leadership team, ensuring smooth and effective operations across our veterinary support services.
Here's a glimpse into what your day might look like:
* Responding to internal & external telephone and email queries in a timely manner, whilst ensuring a high level of customer care at all times.
* Processing Veterinary Care Fund applications and hospital registrations
* Capturing and communicating client feedback and responding to complaints.
* Responding to requests from our partner Veterinary practices.
* Supporting the Veterinary Support Manager with annual audits of partner practices and clinics.
* Provide internal administrative support to the Veterinary Leadership team.
