Are you ready to make a difference in people's lives through better sight and hearing? Join Specsavers, a company dedicated to delivering outstanding value and being loved by every customer. We are embarking on an exciting period of transformation and to ensure we're successful & relevant to our customers, we are setting up a Programme Management Office (PMO) that will play a crucial role in supporting and governing technology delivery while aligning the programme with the wider technology portfolio and other strategic change initiatives.
In this hands-on PMO Analyst role, you will work closely with delivery teams and key stakeholders to drive and support all aspects of governance, planning, and reporting through each stage of the programme lifecycle. You will coordinate agreed governance for the technology programme, clearly articulate progress and RAID against the technology plan and own programme-level reporting.
You will monitor the status of key risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions from start to finish, ensuring they are escalated for action or awareness at the relevant governance forums and ensure teams are kept up to date on progress. Additionally, you will work with the Technology Portfolio Office to align processes and ways of working, ensuring a seamless flow of information from the programme into the wider technology portfolio. You will ideally have experience with Jira in a PMO environment and be comfortable working in an environment with a degree of ambiguity.
If you're comfortable working hand in hand with stakeholders and technical teams, helping to drive the programme lifecycle, have experience in a PMO function on complex, cross-functional change programmes and/or technology delivery, and excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills, we want to hear from you! Join us at Specsavers and be part of a team that is changing lives through better sight and hearing. Apply now to become our next PMO Analyst and help us deliver outstanding value to our customers.
