Are you ready to take your expertise in pensions to the next level? We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pension Support Advisor to join our thriving Operations team in Sheffield. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering first-class pension support across email, phone, and webchat channels while contributing to the ongoing success of our customers.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Provide specialist support to pension customers via email, phone, and webchat, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
* Take ownership of statutory monthly pension reporting, delivering accurate and timely results.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless resolutions to customer issues.
* Offer technical assistance and support throughout the customer's journey, from onboarding to ongoing queries.
* Ensure compliance with Quality & Regulatory standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proactively address customer needs, resolve complex problems, and always look for ways to enhance the customer experience.
* Keep up to date with the latest pension trends and become a go-to expert for Tes brands.
