The hiring company is a medium-sized organisation in the Property industry, specialising in providing top-notch services in the Construction department. They are renowned for their commitment to delivering quality and timely solutions to their clients.
Job Description
* Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
* Coordinate with tenants and landlords, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Oversee repairs and maintenance of properties, ensuring that they are in excellent condition.
* Conduct property inspections and produce detailed reports.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Negotiate lease renewals and manage end of tenancy processes.
* Work closely with the Construction department to ensure properties are fit for purpose.
* Continuously strive for improvement in the property management process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Property Manager should have:
* A strong knowledge of the Property industry and Construction processes.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
* A knack for problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A solid understanding of property management regulations and practices.
* Willing to have business insurance on the car.
