About the role We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to existing customers while actively promoting AerFin’s products. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening customer relationships. Leading a team of three Sales Executives and one Administrator, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and operational support to ensure outstanding team performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage and grow the existing accounts in the region. Manage and support the team with targeted account growth as per budget. Build strong relationships and ensure top-tier service. Maintain in-depth knowledge of customer activity and trends. Manage AerFin inventory through sales, exchanges, and loans, providing accurate quotes to customers. Source components to fulfill customer RFQs when out of stock at AerFin, verifying price, condition, traceability, availability, and tag details. Lead and develop the team to maximise trading and business opportunities for AerFin products. Stay updated on market trends to strengthen AerFin’s position. Collaborate with supply chain to assess Fair Market Value (FMV) and report feedback to supply chain leads. Identify new sales opportunities and emerging market trends. Create "Push Lists" for remarketing initiatives to improve stock turnover and drive sales efficiency Work with VP & OpCo to expand AerFin’s business. Ensure compliance with Export Control regulations. Experience & Skills Proven experience in aviation aftermarket or OEM roles within the aerospace industry. Adaptable to evolving industry trends and customer needs. Willingness to travel as required for business. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with excellent workload management skills. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities. Highly numerate, accurate, and deadline-oriented. Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in French is a valuable asset. Experience in aviation MRO sales is preferred. In-depth knowledge of aircraft components is advantageous. Familiarity with Quantum Inventory System is beneficial. Established customer relationships within the region are a plus. Experience in account and component sales management is desirable.
