About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Operations Support Executive in our Finance & Operations team.
With demonstrated experience in an administrative role, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in your work, you’ll be accountable for onboarding new insurers and brokers onto our award-winning platform, as well as maintenance of the platform from an operational perspective. Your ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders will allow you to provide ongoing support to brokers with such activities as data upload and practical queries, and your understanding of basic financial methods will assist you in undertaking monthly billing processes.
Bringing a demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and the ability to quickly learn and understand new systems, you’ll be proud of your growth mindset, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and work in a proactive and solutions-oriented team.

Although our offices in the fabulous Waters’ Edge building in Dundee provide a great office space to work in, this hybrid role also allows you the flexibility to decide which 2-3 days each week you work in the office, and which days from home.
