We are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse (RGN or RSCN Qualified) to work as a Branch Nurse / Homecare Nurse for a complex care provider in the community. Our Client is one of the most experienced providers of clinical homecare in the UK, caring for adults and children in their own homes. The role of Homecare RN is to cover Greater Manchester, with main areas including Oldham, Rochdale, and Stockport. The office base is in Greater Manchester, and you will work between the office and in the community.
Our Client has a team of over 200 carers, and we are looking for a Registered Nurse to set up care packages by visiting patients' homes, conducting risk assessments, and allocating appropriate care staff to each patient based on their skills and experience.
The role also includes:
1. Risk Assessments
2. Care Planning
3. Training & Assessing Care Workers' Competencies
4. Working with the Wider MDT
5. Attending Meetings and Making Referrals
6. Looking at MAR Charts
7. Setting Up Care Packages for Patients
8. Working Between the Office and in the Community
For this role, you will have excellent organization, time management, and computer skills, and be comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word. We are looking for an RGN (Adult) or RSCN (Paediatric), and you will have complex care experience, including PEG feeds and tracheostomy care.
This role has an office base in Greater Manchester, and the position is for 4 days per week, from Tuesday to Friday or Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm. The salary is £38,000.
