**About the Role**
The Guest Experience Champion will play a crucial role in ensuring that our villas consistently provide exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the Head of Product & Quality to develop and implement a Quality Management System.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support the development and implementation of a Quality Management System.
* Conduct regular quality checks and inspections across all villas, particularly before the launch and during the off-season.
* Identify underperforming villas and create improvement plans in partnership with suppliers and the contracting team.
