As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Contracts and Tender Manager to join our team. This is a critical role for ensuring our business wins and delivers contracts that drive growth and success. The Role
As our Contracts and Tender Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end tendering process and contract lifecycle. From identifying opportunities and submitting winning bids to negotiating and managing contracts, you will play a vital role in securing high-value business for NCM Auctions.
You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and operational teams to create compelling tenders that showcase the unique value we bring to our clients. You’ll also ensure contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations, all while minimising risks to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness.
* Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and win tenders.
* Identify new tender opportunities and track market trends to keep NCM ahead of the competition.
* Monitor contract performance, ensuring deliverables are met and addressing any issues promptly.
* Maintain comprehensive records of all tenders, contracts, and associated correspondence.
* Provide regular updates to senior leadership on tender outcomes, contract performance, and market insights.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a commercially savvy, detail-oriented professional who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Here’s what the ideal candidate will bring:
* Proven experience in tendering and contract management, ideally in a B2B or commercial environment.
* Strong understanding of procurement processes, particularly within public sector or corporate contexts.
* Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to balance client needs with business objectives.
* Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
* Knowledge of legal terms, risk management, and contract compliance.
* Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
