Monday to Friday (Hybrid working after probation)
Shift Pattern, 8.00 – 4.30pm, 9.30 – 6.30pm, 10.30 – 7.00pm

My client is a leading Financial Services company based in West Kent and are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to join them
Duties Include:
1. Handle telephone and email inquiries from customers facing financial difficulties, finding appropriate payment solutions for missed payments
2. Process card payments and establish payment plans, collaborating with the other specialist teams to support customers
3. Show compassion and understanding towards customers in vulnerable situations ensuring they are managed appropriately
4. Meet and maintain all performance and productivity targets
5. Coordinate with other operational departments involved in the customer journey to ensure a positive outcome at every stage
The ideal candidate must have/be:
6. Excellent customer service skills and awareness of the importance of the customer
7. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and good work ethic
8. Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish effective working relationships at all levels
9. Competent in MS Office
Note: Due to the companies remote location, it is ideal for candidates to drive as there is a lack of public transport
