We are hiring a Marketing Assistant within Corporate Affairs and Marketing function at LSEG. The role is focussed within the Post Trade Solutions division within LSEG. This division incorporates brand names like Acadia, Quantile and SwapAgent. Job Summary The marketing assistant reports to Director of Marketing, Post Trade Solutions (PTS). It involves responsibility for assisting with crafting and delivering full-service marketing programs and events to support the growth and expansion of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have exposure for a full range of marketing subject areas and suits a confident, self-starter with a positive can-do attitude. Role Responsibilities Gain a proven understanding of the business domain, and associated products in order to build personas for marketing purposes and write some marketing & sales assets Work with team members to develop and carry out marketing initiatives to appeal to target audience using appropriate channels such as email, social & digital media and external comms. Brainstorm development of creative ideas for promotional events, campaigns and public relations activities, and liaise with third-party vendors to achieve successful campaigns Coordinate and help to carry out external/client events Collaborate with internal partners Management of marketing database Assist in overall brand management and awareness programs Assisting the team in design of branded assets (including email banners, digital cards) Responsible for assisting in creating and leading market research initiatives Work with relevant internal colleagues in helping to implement internal and external marketing campaigns Ensure website content, factsheets and other marketing materials are relevant and updated Travel as the need arises to attend company or external events Experience and Qualifications Required Technical Skills: Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on your findings Conversant and/or willing to learn Adobe Suite, Eloqua, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, MS Office, SalesForce Personal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for partnering with teams and collaborating closely with external groups and vendors Excellent presentation and copywriting skills Ability to handle time critical situations, prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and perform within tight time constraints is important Flexibility to adapt to changing dynamics Attention to detail Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Desired – additional/specific marketing qualification 2 years marketing experience LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
