The Role As a Junior SEO Manager at Printed.com, you will play a crucial role in optimising our online presence to increase organic search traffic and enhance the user experience across our website. You will support our SEO Manager as part of the Performance Team consisting of Junior Performance Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager and Head of Performance. The role will also consist of a lot of collaboration between the wider marketing, product and development teams to ensure that SEO best practices are implemented across all website content and that it aligns with all marketing communications. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our online business and improve the visibility of our brand in search engine results. Responsibilities Keyword Research & Strategy : Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact search terms relevant to the print industry, and craft content that aligns with SEO best practices to improve rankings and organic traffic. On-Page Optimisation : Work closely with product and wider marketing teams to ensure all website content, including product descriptions, collection pages, and blog posts, are fully optimised for target keywords. Ensure on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links) are SEO-friendly and contribute to an improved user experience. Content Creation & Collaboration : Work closely with the SEO Manager, product team and wider marketing team to develop engaging and SEO-optimised content that supports business goals. Ensure content is regularly updated and aligned with SEO strategy and best practices. Digital PR : Work closely with the SEO Manager to develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings. Identify opportunities, content ideas and other outreach initiatives to secure quality backlinks. Performance Tracking & Reporting : Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SimilarWeb. Competitor Analysis : Regularly analyse competitors' SEO strategies to identify opportunities and keep ahead of industry trends and changes. Stay Up-to-Date : Keep informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Proactively action changes to maintain a competitive edge in the SEO landscape and share insights with the team when required. Required Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience as an SEO copywriter or content writer with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies. Proficiency in keyword research and familiarity with SEO monitoring and analytics tools. Minimum 3 years experience using e-commerce platforms and experience building online content including blog posts. Strong time management and organisational skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Benefits 25 days annual leave.
