We are seeking an exceptional primary practitioner to join our dedicated team at Chaddesley Corbett Endowed Primary School. Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that meet national curriculum guidelines.
2. Coordinate with colleagues and teaching assistants to ensure the needs of all pupils are met.
3. Set up and maintain a stimulating classroom environment, including displays and resources.
4. Employ a variety of teaching methods to motivate and encourage pupil interaction.
5. Provide individualised support and guidance to help pupils achieve their academic goals.
6. Conduct assessments, set homework, and maintain accurate records.
7. Promote a safe, healthy, and respectful learning environment.
8. Organise and participate in extracurricular activities, such as outings, clubs, and events.
9. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your teaching practice.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a successful primary school teacher.
2. Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for primary education.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to differentiate lessons to cater to the needs of all pupils.
5. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
6. Experience in outdoor learning and a love for the natural environment.
7. Ability to lead and contribute to extracurricular activities.
8. Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with colleagues and the wider school community.
MPS or UPS, depending on experience and qualifications. The salary range is £31650 - £49084 per annum which is M1-UPS3.
