Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide focused HR support to the Operations division, assisting managers in effectively deploying the people agenda
2. Use key data to inform decision-making, as you develop strategies and present them to senior stakeholders
3. Improvement of management skills through coaching, e-learning, and other developmental tools
4. Handle employee relations casework including performance, attendance, and other related issues
