Help with breakdown coordination, engineer scheduling, and system updates. Prepare project packs with costings, drawings, and scope of work details. Monitor progress and take proactive steps to ensure customer satisfaction. About You Were looking for someone who loves solving problems, staying organised, and delivering excellent customer service. Whether youve worked in customer support before or are ready to bring your skills to a new industry, wed love to hear from you. A great communicator who enjoys working with people. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills. Comfortable with computers and willing to learn new systems. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges. Any knowledge of asset rental, City & Guilds Level 2, or HVAC/refrigeration experience would be a bonus.
