The Role: As a Customer Service Advisor at MS3 Networks your job purpose is to support the Senior Service Specialist and operations team in delivering an excellent customer experience to all our customers. Based from our offices in Hessle, as Customer Service Advisor, you will be instrumental in handling our customer queries and resolutions in a professional and timely manner. Being the first point of contact for customers you will be dealing with a wide variety of queries from our Wholesale Partners as well as from members of the public in regards to our build activity and engagement in the communities we operate. You will be responsible for ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively and in line with the required key performance indicators. You will work closely with key departments to effectively record, monitor and action tickets utilising our internal tracker system.
