Architect/Senior Architect – London
Location: London (Hybrid working available)
We are seeking an exceptional Architect/Senior Architect to join an expanding team in London. This role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of projects at all RIBA stages, collaborating with a broad team of consultants. The ideal candidate will have strong heritage experience and a passion for working on listed buildings and conservation properties of all scales.

Key Requirements:
1. ARB Part 3 qualified with at least 5 years of experience as an Architect for a UK-based practice or equivalent professional qualification.
2. Strong heritage experience with proven experience working on listed buildings and conservation properties of all scales.
3. Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS software.
4. Excellent technical skills and knowledge of detailing.
5. Solid experience in project management and contract administration.
6. In-depth understanding of UK Building and Planning regulations.
7. Leadership experience, including managing a small to medium-sized team.
8. Conservation experience is highly desirable.
9. Proven ability to manage the financial success of projects.
10. Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to both work and projects.
11. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong client-facing communication.
12. Experience working on all RIBA stages.
