FM Works Co-ordinator Team Leader
Salary: £26,800 per annum, 6% bonus entitlement, 22.5 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Royal Mails Property and Facilities Solutions is responsible for upgrading and maintaining the safety all of our buildings and provides a support service to the business
Based within a 24/7 National Service Centre (NSC), The Facilities Management Works Team Leader will lead, manage and develop a team of engineering schedulers and admin support to deliver the service for customers and stakeholders within the agreed service levels and quality.
The role
Working in a fast-paced environment, with demanding timescales, as Team Leader you’ll manage the performance of a team of c15 staff, to ensure they handle building maintenance and engineering scheduling transactions to an excellent standard and in line with company quality standards.
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of work orders and KPIs by liaising with wider PFSL colleagues, monitor progress against the plan and take ownership of escalations and incidents.
Other accountabilities:
* HR duties to include appraisals, performance management, address under performance along with recognising and praising achievements.
* Hold regular development and performance meetings with the team.
* Work closely with the Engineering and Helpdesk Teams and takes a holistic approach to the service delivery of the NSC.
* Role model by leading Health and Safety guidelines and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records to ensure the appropriate cover is provided across the attendance pattern.
* Be a member of the on-call management support (phone based, once every 8 weeks to include weekend/nights, full training is provided plus eligible for a standby allowance)
Attendance
08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday. 3 days per week in the Leeds office (Tuesday to Thursday) with the option for remote working for the remaining 2 days.
A degree of flexibility is required as all training will be conducted on site in Leeds (this may be full time for the duration of the training). This hybrid approach may change, subject to business requirements.
About you
You need to demonstrate the following skills and experience on your application:
* Experience of managing and developing teams preferably in a Contact Centre environment (essential).
* From a Facilities Management background.
* HR experience including developing a team, performance and conflict management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to identify issues, shows initiative to resolve.
* Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages, with excellent keyboard skills and a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
* A focus on ways to improve customer experience.
