We are currently looking for an Engagement Worker who will:

4. Deliver group-work interventions, such as Caring Dads, and use recognised tools, interventions, and approaches, such as the Safe and Together model and Signs of Safety principles
5. Co-work cases, working with the adult who causes harm independently from the allocated Key Worker or Social Worker. The Engagement Worker will be required to communicate and share information with the allocated worker and other professionals working with the family to ensure there is a whole family approach and that the safety of child and adult victim remains at the centre of all interventions and decision making
6. Attend relevant meetings such as Core Group meetings or Child Protection Conferences, sharing information to ensure there is a whole family approach to this work and that the adult who is causing harm is directly connected and involved in developing the safety plan for the child/family
