We’re looking for a passionate Campaigns & Social Executive to join our central marketing team. If you’re a creative storyteller, an expert in social media, and have a love for travel and food, this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering compelling campaigns, working alongside photographers, videographers, and local collaborators to bring our brand to life.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
Campaigns & Content Creation
1. Work with the Campaigns Lead to plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns that align with seasonality, commercial objectives, and the unique stories of Thwaites.
2. Create compelling narratives and content for use across the website, PR, social media, paid search, email marketing, and print materials.
3. Gatekeep our central campaigns and social plan, ensuring it’s regularly updated and shared via weekly updates with the team and key stakeholders across the business.
4. Develop campaign launch packs and guidelines to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
5. Support the Campaigns Lead by creating clear and concise campaign briefs for internal and external teams.
6. Lead the creation of landing pages for SEO, working closely with our agency while taking a hands-on approach to implementation and optimisation.
Social Media
1. Take the lead in coordinating our social media feeds, ensuring campaigns, seasonality, and brand storytelling are at the heart of our content.
2. Collaborate with local teams and content creators to showcase authentic and engaging content.
3. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all digital channels.
Stakeholder Collaboration
1. Work closely with chefs, GMs, Heads of Sales, and central teams to manage key commercial objectives, including Christmas.
2. Liaise with internal experts and external partners to enhance the reach and impact of campaigns.

1. Exceptional writing skills – you can craft engaging, persuasive content that captures attention.
2. Campaign experience – you understand how to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive results.
3. Social media expertise – you know what works on different platforms and can create content that resonates.
4. SEO & digital knowledge – experience in creating optimised landing pages and working with agencies to enhance search performance.
5. Attention to detail – you’re meticulous and ensure all content is polished and on-brand.
6. Energy & enthusiasm – you bring positivity, creativity, and passion to everything you do.
7. Experience with WordPress (or a willingness to learn) would be a bonus.
