Technical Test Manager
Clearance: Must have active SC Clearance (used within the last 12 months)
Location: London (willing to travel to Canary Wharf office 1-2 times per week)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Test Manager (hands-on) to lead our testing efforts across various projects. The Technical Test Manager will be responsible for managing the testing team, developing comprehensive test strategies, and ensuring the quality of the software deliverables.
This role requires a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, strong technical expertise, and exceptional leadership capabilities.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of test tools and Frameworks: Proficiency in using various test tools and frameworks for automation, performance, and manual testing
* Cloud and Infrastructure knowledge
* Strong Experience Voice, Video and Migration testing
* Strong stakeholder skills and Test Planning and strategy development
* Strong problem-solving skills. ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in collaboration with technical teams.
* Technical Test Manager with at least 15 years of experience working on large complex transformation programmes.
* Certifications such as ISTQB Test Manager
