The UK&I Service team delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for chillers, HVAC, industrial refrigeration, controls and mechanical & electrical works. This role is responsible for overseeing and performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Access to business resource groups. 40 hours per week Monday - Friday What you will do Our team of mobile technicians make sure that all HVAC systems function efficiently and comply with safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both technical skills and leadership ability, guiding a team of technicians in service and maintenance operations. In this role you are the primary contact for all technical service issues, responsible for trouble shooting and resolving highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs. Part of your role is to conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems and recommend repair or replacement of parts as needed. You will be involved in supervising, training, and mentoring less experienced HVAC technicians, providing guidance and technical expertise for service tasks. You will ensue all maintenance work is performed in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines. What we look for Proven experience as AC / HVAC Service Engineer, any further building services experience would also be helpful. Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC: NVQ level 2 as a minimum and F-Gas Certificate. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components: DX, Split & VRV systems, AHUs & ventilation plant. Experience with major manufacturers such as Daikin, York, Trane, Carrier, Airedale, Hitachi and Mitsubishi etc. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work lead and positively influence the team. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong admin skills using IT devices for work completion and technical reports. Participation in on call rota. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
