The main duties include:
1. Purchase Ledger
2. Processing a high volume of purchase invoices
3. Coding of invoices
4. Sending invoices for approval
5. Payment runs
6. Dealing with supplier queries
7. Supplier statement reconciliations
8. Credit Control
9. Bank reconciliations
10. Assisting with accruals & prepayments and fixed assets
11. Sales reporting
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
1. Purchase Ledger experience
2. Bank reconciliations experience
3. Good Excel skills
4. Experience of working in a fast paced environment
5. Excellent communication skills
