As a result of internal progression, a new opportunity for a Business Support Administrator has arisen within our growing business.
The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and duties, supporting multiple areas of the business. This is a full-time permanent role, and the successful candidate will be supported to undertake the level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship internally, as part of the role.
* Provide administrative support to all business operations, including data input and assisting with the preparation of reports using relevant information systems.
* Ensure general filing of electronic and paper correspondence is accurate and kept up to date.
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Answer phone calls, take messages and connect calls to proper departments, always representing the business professionally.
* Completion of Health and Safety Vetting forms.
* Communication with external stakeholders.
* Prepare and manage invoices.
* Produce and manage commercial course booking forms.
* Management of documentation.
* GDPR compliant data processing.
* Undertake departmental administrative projects as and when required.
* Proactively identify and undertake appropriate CPD activities to support personal development within the role.

* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Good IT skills, including use of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, etc.).
* Good organisational skills with an ability to manage own workload and priorities to meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities.
