Key Role Responsibilities: Delivering upon the Service Core Process and Vindis Aftersales Experience as per the training, guidance and expectations given. Demonstrating alignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy. Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner. Developing effective working relationships with the Workshop Team and ensuring that the flow of information from the initial front-of-house experience is timely, accurate, clear and consultative. Being integral in contributing to the delivery of a quality culture that is focused upon first time fixes. Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.
