R Recruitment Ltd is looking to appoint an experienced part-time TRANSPORT Account Manager to join our existing team in Derby.
Skills required:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Experience in recruitment and TRANSPORT Account Management.
3. A-level qualification or equivalent (desirable).
4. Excellent timekeeping and self-management skills.
5. Must work well within a team setting.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. General admin duties: answering incoming calls, filing paperwork, dealing with enquiries and queries.
2. Receiving and sending emails to clients and customers.
3. Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to work with new in-house systems.
4. Screening candidates' CVs off job boards, contacting candidates to determine if they're suitable for the role, then booking them in for interviews (occasionally).
5. Putting adverts onto job boards (occasionally).
6. Monitoring successful candidates and ensuring that all Company processes and policies are adhered to.
7. Dealing with clients across the UK.
8. Managing clients' current requirements.
9. Weekend planning for HGV Class 1 Drivers.
10. Maintaining long-term relationships with accounts.
11. Focusing on growth.
12. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
13. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job type: Part-time, permanent
Working hours:
1. Working Friday 09:00 am to Monday 10:00 am.
2. 09:00-17:00 Friday (work in the office).
3. Saturday, Sunday and Monday am (work remotely from home).
4. Candidates must be available to work on call during Friday-Monday am working hours.
